The assessment follows a set structure which is based on the SLM methodology. The awarding follows a five-point scale of +2, +1, 0, -1, -2 with the higher score being ‘strongly supportive’ and a lower score ‘opposing’. 33 We have informed all entities identified about their inclusion on this analysis. We also shared the research results and gave them an opportunity to comment prior to publication.
